Bashas - Sedona, AZ
In Fall 2022, our team remodeled and transformed the look of Bashas. This was done by applying a mesh-embedded, cementitious base coat to patch up the faulty stucco then layered over with a beautiful synthetic stucco finish. The end result was night and day!
Gateway Hotel - Williams, AZ
This hotel was in much need of stucco repair and modernization. This process required the removal of several tons of stucco which was then reapplied with a fiber reinforced base coat. The base coat was then covered with a two tone synthetic finish. This hotel now stands out from the rest and delivers a more modern, approachable look.
Prescott Realtor Association - Prescott, AZ
This commercial building was in much needed repair from the cracked parapets allowing water to damage the building to entirely loose courtyard walls. The building had large portions of stucco removed along with plenty of rotten wood studs. After framing, applying base coats, and the finish the building is left with an amazing brown two tone finish which maintains the look of responsibility and professionalism.
